Alongside our service technicians, our service network also 4 branches across Slovakia. Short distances mean that we can respond as quickly as possible and ensure optimum installer availability.
Flexible repair solutions
Component repairs for engines, gearboxes and axles are also no problem for us. Ascendum offers individual repair solutions and can therefore often save you from replacing complete parts.
Servicing & maintenance
Regular maintenance of your equipment is the be all and end all to avoid downtimes. We take care of servicing in line with manufacturer specifications.
Inspection in compliance with the local regulations? No problem! We are happy to conduct the annual inspection required under the ordinance on work equipment and tools.
Special setups and solutions
We perform special setups such as on forestry equipment, pile drivers, drilling rigs, winter equipment or road sweepers for you in our workshops. We are also happy to facilitate special accessories, such as changes to buckets and scoops as desired by the client.
Repair
Has the equipment stopped? Is nothing working? In most cases, we can get to you within 2 hours. Our construction equipment technicians will get to the bottom of the problem and do everything possible to get your equipment back in operation as quickly as possible.
Be on the safe side with a GOLD or BLUE service agreement! The cover means that your equipment will always enjoy optimal maintenance. This enables you to improve the resale value of your equipment and even detect problems early, before unplanned downtimes occur.

Includes:
- Repairs with original parts
- Maintenance materials such as filters, gaskets etc.
- Particulate filter maintenance
- MATRIS equipment analysis report
- Annual inspection in compliance with § 8 of the ordinance on work equipment and tools
- Manufacturer’s telematics system
- Working time during business hours, additional costs as well as travel to and from the site
BLUE service agreement
Includes:
- Maintenance materials such as filters, gaskets etc.
- Annual inspection in compliance with § 8 of the ordinance on work equipment and tools
- Manufacturer’s telematics system
- Working time during business hours, additional costs as well as travel to and from the site
